Why can't I request a payout?

If you have revenue marked as “Not Distributable”, it’s because we cannot make the payment until 30 days* after the date of sale. The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving their order, and it can therefore take up to 30 days* for us to receive notification of return.

* Over the holidays we use an extended return policy, so payouts may take a little longer than the usual 30 days. This helps boost Christmas sales — meaning more potential earnings for you!
